Resumo:
The work was based on the mobile practical teaching modality (mobile learning) - which makes use of mobile devices. The research discussed the application of the AppQuími application produced by the researcher as an aid tool for the contextualization of the theoretical contents studied in the classroom. The general objective of the research was to enable the teachinglearning process of high school students, related to everyday chemistry, from the AppQuími application, through the cell phone. It used a qualitative and quantitative approach and was carried out in a public school, located in the city of Macapá, state of Amapá, applied to twenty two students from three classes, three hundred and eleven, three hundred and twelve and three hundred and thirteen in the third year. from highschool. The development of the study occurred through a bibliographic survey - books, articles, among others. There were interventions with the classes in four moments during the afternoon shift, through the Google Meet platform, Kahoot and Google Forms. The classes were divided into two groups, experimental and control. Questionnaires were applied to both groups and also tests, in addition to the intervention with the application only to the experimental group. The experimental group showed better performance than the control group, confirming the effectiveness of the application. At the end, the students declared the use of AppQuími positive because of its practicality and content.
