This process culminate on the development of a bid of public politics of financing and socio environmental base rural impulse, raised from the agriculturist mobilization through their organizations, as the Movimento Sindical de Trabalhadores e Trabalhadoras Rurais – MSTR, with the representative organizations of the rural familiar producers categories in Amazonia., the Programa de Desenvolvimento Socioambiental da Produção Familiar Rural da Amazônia – PROAMBIENTE, that means to articulate the backing mechanisms to the production with a new conception of the resources use. In face of this scene, concepts as intervention and beneficiaries also are in the center of the discussion because the participation focuses. Trying to make a reading of the implementation of the social politics realized by the developing intervention of the PROAMBIENTE, ethnographic studies were realized meaning this way to identify and to understand the interaction between structure and action, enhancing the social learning process in the local level of two areas of the program in the northeast of the Pará state, trying to contribute to the analysis of the effects generated by the interventions on the local structures as well as the collective actions taken by the agriculturist themselves. Na Amazônia, desde o final dos anos 90, vêm-se discutindo formas de introduzir programas e políticas de desenvolvimento rural, que articulem a viabilidade econômica, a inclusão social e a preservação e conservação ambienta!. Esse processo culminou na elaboração de uma proposta de política pública de financiamento e incentivo rural, de base socioambiental, originada da mobilização dos agricultores através de suas organizações, como o Movimento Sindical de Trabalhadores e Trabalhadoras Rurais - MSTR, juntamente com as organizações representativas das categorias de produtores familiares rurais na Amazônia. Diante disso, tem-se o Programa de Desenvolvimento Socioambiental da Produção Familiar Rural da Amazônia, PRüAMBIENTE, que busca articular os mecanismos de apoio à produção com uma nova concepção de uso dos recursos. Diante deste quadro, conceitos como intervenção e beneficiários também entram no centro da discussão em função do enfoque participativo. Pensando em efetuar uma leitura da implementação das práticas sociais, realizadas pela intervenção de desenvolvimento do PRüAMBIENTE, foram realizados estudos etnográficos objetivando, assim, identificar e compreender a interação entre estrutura e ação, enfatizando os processos de aprendizagem social no nível local de duas regiões do programa, no nordeste paraense, para tentar contribuir na análise dos efeitos que as intervenções podem gerar sobre as estruturas locais, bem como, as ações coletivas tomadas pelos próprios agricultores. 2021-03-17T02:38:31Z 2021-03-17T02:38:31Z 2007-08-31 Dissertação RAIOL, Elizabeth Cristina Tavares.
