What do Pedagogy students and
Pre-service teachers think about gender and
sexuality? What are their main doubts about
these issues? What are the possibilities of
discussing gender diversity and sexualities
in the pre-service teacher education? In this
paper, we analyze the experiences
associated with the implementation of the
workshop “Body, gender, and sexuality in
the school”, performed in three classes from
two different universities in Rio de Janeiro.
For that purpose, we bring some of the
reflections found in the materials produced
by these students during this workshop. By
doing so, we aim to give some hints about
knowledge construction on gender and
sexualities in the pre-service teacher
education |
