In this case study, we used the ABNT ISO / IEC 14598-6 tool to measure the quality of the software applied in the IT area, of a federal research and education institute, regarding the management system. and network asset monitoring, based on open source ZABBIX software. This monitoring system was adopted due to the great relevance of this system with regard to the monitoring of modern networks. This standard has been chosen based bbon international software quality measurement standards. The user's perception regarding the ZABBIX system was verified, obtaining as a result of the evaluation an approval in all evaluated software attributes. The implementation of the solution brought a real gain in quality, management, safety, performance and saving of institutional resources. |
