Resumo:
This work presents some appearances related to the use of the wild animals in alimentary practices by habitants of Vila of Joana Peres, a community quilombola of the Reserva Extrativista (RESEX) Ipaú-Anilzinho (Pará, Brazil), tackling: ethno-species used, alimentary preferences, alimentary security, strategies of obtaining of the food, political conditions and partner-environmental. The theoretical contribution of the investigation is associated to the field of the ethnoecology, wrapping authors like Descola, Victor Toledo and other theorists that developed anthropological studies around the relation man and animal in the Amazônia. The methodological procedures wrapped mainly the observation participant, open interviews and semi-structured, and the results were analysed from the qualitative and quantitative perspectives. The work revealed that the activity of hunting wraps so many nutritional appearances how much socioculturales in the plan of reproduction of the families, that, from his ways to eat and organize the space, establish diverse relations with the foods connected to the uses, habits, imaginary, symbolic and economic and environmental infrastructure, between others.
