Drugstores are seen as places of first access to the health system and this characteristic allows the pharmacist to screen and track patients suspected of being with COVID-19. Objective: To analyze health screening based on data from suspected cases of COVID-19 of patients seen by pharmacists in a pharmacy network in the state of Pará. Methodology: This is a cross-sectional descriptive study, whose purpose is to investigate the health screening, from the database, of patients who sought spontaneous demand for the care of the pharmaceutical professional to perform the test for COVID19 in the pharmacy. Results: We analyzed 121 pharmacies existing in the State of Pará and only 36 of these, offered the rapid test for COVID-19. In total, 78,849 tests were performed in 2020 and 2021 and the antigen test was the most frequent. Females and people with brown characteristics were the most prevalent. As a result, only 10,276 were positive for the antigen test and 9,706 were positive for the antibody test. The most prevalent symptoms and symptoms were cough and sore throat. Conclusion: Community pharmacies because they are considered as a place of first access and contact of the population in the health field showed their importance in offering the population pharmaceutical services and procedures that help to improve the quality of life of the individual, because they have a qualified and available professional to contribute to the better education of the population. Introdução: O rastreamento em saúde é capaz de contribuir para a assistência às necessidades de saúde de uma população e se mostra importante para a prevenção, detecção e tratamento precoces de doenças em indivíduos assintomáticos ou susceptíveis ao seu desenvolvimento. As drogarias são vistas como locais de primeiro acesso ao sistema de saúde e essa característica possibilita que o farmacêutico possa triar e rastrear pacientes suspeitos de estarem com COVID-19. Objetivo: Analisar o rastreamento em saúde a partir de dados de casos suspeitos de COVID-19 de pacientes atendidos por farmacêuticos em uma rede de farmácias no estado do Pará. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo transversal, cuja finalidade é averiguar o rastreamento em saúde, a partir do banco de dados, de pacientes que procuraram por demanda espontânea os atendimentos do profissional farmacêutico para realizar o teste para COVID-19 na farmácia. Resultados: Foram analisadas 121 farmácias existente no Estado do Pará e apenas 36 desses, ofertaram o teste rápido para COVID-19. No total, 78.849 testes foram realizados nos anos de 2020 e 2021 e o teste de antígeno foi o mais frequente. O sexo feminino e pessoas de características pardas foram os mais prevalentes. Como resultado, apenas 10.276 foram positivos para o teste de antígeno e 9.706 foram positivos para o teste anticorpos. Os sintomas e sintomas mais prevalentes foram a tosse e dor de garganta.
