For that purpose, the research is based on the following problem: what are the limits and possibilities for the production of counter-hegemonic interpretive views about the Forest Code from the Amazonian agroecology as an episteme? In order to answer the research problem, the methodology employed obeys the trinomial: Base Theory/Approach, Procedure, and Technique. AsBase Theory and Approach this research has an epistemological matrix conducted by the systemic complex perspective, which is based on authors with a multidisciplinary view through the connection of areas of knowledgesuch as Political Ecology, Environmental Geopolitics, Sociology, and Environmental Law. The Procedureused is initially supported by the historical method,which in the present case will conduct the studies on the evolution of Forest Code in Brazil, as well as the monographic method. The Technique to beused will be projected in four interconnected moments, which will consist of the preparation of reviews, extended abstracts, data analysis and annotated bibliographies. Regarding the results, it is shown that the Amazonian agroecology as episteme is not onlya possibility, but is effectively a subvention to a paradigmatic transformation from the interpretive outlooks of complex, multidimensional, and counter-hegemonic matrix, about the Forest Code. A presente Tese objetiva de modo geral analisar a epistemologia agroecológica amazônica como instrumento para a releitura do Código Florestal através de uma investigação que parte da lógica desenvolvimentista do agronegócio para a perspectiva agroecológica amazônica. Para tanto, a pesquisa sustenta-se na seguinte problemática: Quais os limites e possibilidades para a produção de olhares interpretativos contra-hegemônicos acerca do Código Florestal a partir da agroecologia amazônica enquanto episteme? A fim de responder a problemática de pesquisa, a metodologia empregada obedece ao trinômio: Teoria de Base/Abordagem, Procedimento e Técnica. Como Teoria de Base e Abordagem a presente pesquisa possui uma matriz epistemológica conduzida por meio da perspectiva sistêmico-complexa, a qual se alicerça em autores com visão multidisciplinar através da conexão de ares do saber como Ecologia Política, Geopolítica Ambiental, Sociologia e Direito Ambiental. O Procedimento a ser utilizado inicialmente se ampara no método histórico, que no presente caso conduzirá os estudos acerca da evolução do Código Florestal no Brasil, além do método monográfico. A Técnica a ser utilizada projetar-se-á em quatro momentos interligados, os quais serão constituídos pela confecção de resenhas, resumos estendidos, análise de dados e produção de fichamentos. No que tange aos resultados, verifica-se que a agroecologia amazônica enquanto episteme se consubstancia não só como possibilidade, mas efetivamente como subsídio para uma transformação paradigmática a partir dos olhares interpretativos, de matriz complexa, multidimensional e contra-hegemônica acerca do Código Florestal. La présente thèse vise à analyser l’épistémologieagroécologique amazonienne comme un instrument de relecture du Code Forestier à travers une investigation qui part de la logique développementaliste de l’agro-industrie à la perspective agroécologique amazonienne. Pour cela, la recherche est basée sur le problème suivant : quelles sont les limites et les possibilités de production de regards interprétatifs contre-hégémoniques sur le Code Forestier à partir de l’agroécologie amazonienne en tant qu’épistémè ? Pour répondre au problème de la recherche, la méthodologie employée obéit au trinôme : Théorie de Base / Approche, Procédure et Technique. En tant que Théorie de Base et Approche, la présente recherche a une matrice épistémologique conduite à travers la perspective systémique-complexe, qui est basée sur des auteurs avec un regard multidisciplinaire par la connexion de domaines de connaissance tels que l’écologie politique, la géopolitique environnementale, la sociologie et le droit de l’environnement. La Procédure à utiliser initialement est basée sur la méthode historique, qui dans le cas présent conduira des études sur l’évolution du Code Forestier au Brésil, en plus de la méthode monographique. La Technique à utiliser sera projetée en quatre moments interconnectés, qui comprendront la préparation de comptes rendus, résumés détaillés, l’analyse des données et la production des synthèses bibliographiques.
