The study's general objective is to analyze the contributions of the SIN to regional development, in the context of document processing, in the SUDAM tax incentive process and uses the Systemic Theory as a basis. It has as field research the application of questionnaires, being a structured one in which the Likert Scales were used to evaluate the perception of the users of the system in aspects that involve the Support, Usability and Efficiency. In addition, a semi-structured interview was applied to SUDAM employees and a document analysis was carried out on the subject. As a result, from the perspective of tax incentive technicians, the SIN presents as positive highlights the themes of Support and Support for users, in addition to providing an improvement in the Efficiency of the works, while presenting as an opportunity for improvement a large space for the evolution of the Usability of the system. Still composing the results, there was a great alignment between the PRDA and PDTIC documents and an expressive trend of improvement in procedural indicators was identified in the Management Reports. Este estudo investiga as contribuições da implantação de um Sistema de Informação Gerencial, denominado Sistema de Gestão de Incentivos Fiscais - SIN, no âmbito da Superintendência do Desenvolvimento da Amazônia - SUDAM, que teve como posição de partida uma análise holística da situação. O estudo tem como objetivo geral analisar as contribuições do SIN para o desenvolvimento regional, no contexto da tramitação documental, no processo de incentivos fiscais da SUDAM e usa como base a Teoria Sistêmica. Tem como pesquisa de campo a aplicação de questionários, sendo um estruturado no qual foi utilizada a Escalas de Likert para avaliar a percepção dos usuários do sistema em aspectos que envolvem os Suporte, Usabilidade e Eficiência. Além disso, uma entrevista semiestruturada foi aplicada aos servidores da SUDAM e foi feita uma análise documental sobre o assunto. Como resultados, na perspectiva dos técnicos de incentivos fiscais, o SIN apresenta como destaques positivos as temáticas de Suporte e Apoio aos usuários além de proporcionar melhora na Eficiência dos trabalhos, enquanto apresenta como oportunidade de melhoria um grande espaço para evolução da Usabilidade do sistema. Ainda compondo os resultados, contatou-se um grande alinhamento entre os documentos Plano Regional de Desenvolvimento da Amazônia - PRDA e Plano Diretor de Tecnologia da Informação - PDTIC e uma expressiva tendência de melhora em indicadores processuais foi identificada nos Relatórios de Gestão.
