The objective of this research is to insert environmental agents into the local scenario, to apply strategies to achieve the objectives of the three sustainable axes (3 RS) and generate income from waste. In general, promote the reuse and recycling economy; the Federal Republic of Germany is included as a notable citation in the selective collection chain; and, finally, analyze the collectors of reusable materials in your area of activity. The methodological approach to research may vary according to the nature of the research, quantitative approach, based on sources of information and sample collection; qualitative approach, through participatory interviews in organized groups, following territorial dynamics; exploratory, descriptive and explanatory typology. Recyclable collection agents present social and economic characteristics of vulnerability, precarious work, exposed to risks, unhealthy conditions and environmental damage, in addition to low financial income. In view of what was presented, an educational product, a practical manual on sustainable enterprises in accessible language, aims to raise awareness of alternative innovations, reestablishing the informal market. In this way, it is intended to shed light on proposals that reposition regional creative sectors, establishing endogenous development through actions that encourage the fight against segregation and poverty. A dissertação enfatiza a economia circular como um modelo econômico sustentável, fornecendo um instrumento para práticas de empreendedorismo no território de Bom Futuro, situado no município de Barcarena–PA, onde há configurações geopolíticas especificas de um aterro livre associado ao desordenamento habitacional na comunidade, sob um espaço de condicionantes deficientes quanto à assistência básica fundamental. O objetivo desta pesquisa é inserir os agentes ambientais no cenário local, para aplicar estratégias para alcançar os objetivos dos três eixos sustentáveis (3 RS) e gerar renda com os resíduos. Em termos gerais, promover a economia de reúso e reciclagem; inclui-se a República Federal da Alemanha como citação notável em cadeia de coleta seletiva; e, por fim, analisar os catadores de materiais reutilizáveis em sua área de atuação. A abordagem metodológica da pesquisa pode variar consoante a natureza da pesquisa, abordagem quantitativa, com base em fontes de informação e coleta de amostra; abordagem qualitativa, por meio de entrevista participativa em grupos organizados, seguindo a dinâmica territorial; tipologia exploratória, descritiva e explicativa. Os agentes de coleta reciclável apresentam caracterizações social e econômica de vulnerabilidade, precarização no trabalho, expostos a riscos, insalubridade e danos ambientais, além do baixo rendimento financeiro. Diante do que foi apresentado, obstina-se como recurso um produto educativo, manual prático de empreendimentos sustentáveis em linguagem acessível, visando sensibilizar para as inovações alternativas, restabelecendo o mercado informal.
