Resumo:
This study is presented as a result of research conducted in the course Master of Education in Education Line Culture and Society and the Research Group on Theory, Epistemology and Education Methods - EPsTEM. the Federal University of Pará and aims to analyze the educational processes of children and adolescents Ilê Iya Omi Asé OFA Kare a nation of Candomblé yard Ketu located in Maguari set a suburb of Bethlehem, whose formative dynamics is given to the middle the knowledge imparted by elders, oral, regarding the farmyard organization and the relationship with the vital energy, Axe, this because the candomblé fields are also spaces of knowledge production, in which circulate knowledge and knowledge-based the tradition and respect for ancestry. The methodological procedures that guide the field insertion are based on semi-structured interviews, participatory research through ethnographic insertion, conducted a qualitative analysis of the contents. The report reveals that the educational processes in the yard researched are established having as assumptions African civilizational values and african-Brazilian that focus not only on the religious life of the subjects, but also in political, artistic, cultural and educational.
