This study describes the arrangement of oyster production in the Marine Extractive Reserve “Mãe Grande” of Curuçá in the State of Pará, which is being developed in the village of Lauro Sodré, situated within this Reserve. This arrangement is designed for productive AQUAVILA (Aquaculture Association of Village Lauro Sodré). The overall objective is to examine the productive arrangement from cultivation of oysters, lifting the main activities of the chain segments. Specifically, we sought to identify and characterize the components of the productive arrangement to characterize the socioeconomic conditions of oysters, to identify key barriers and then propose alternatives and suggestions for improving the structure and functioning of the arrangement of the productive cultivation of oysters for the local sustainable development. |
