This work is part of the project "Uredinales of the Caxiuanã National Forest", and aims to carry out a survey, identification and taxonomic studies of species of the genus Puccinia, collected in the area. The species were identified based on macroscopic observations of symptoms, analysis of microstructures and hosts. Freehand sections were made, followed by the preparation of semi-permanent slides, mounted in lactophenol or methylene blue solution with glycerin, to study the sera and spores of each species. Fourteen species of the genus Puccinia were identified, parasitizing 9 host families: P. bambusarum Arthur (Poaceae), P. borreriae Sydow (Rubiaceae), P. flaoo-oirens H. S. Jackson & Holway (Cyperaceae), P. heliconiae Arthur (Heliconiaceae), P. heterospora (Malvaceae), P. buberi P. Hennings (Poaceae), P. insueta Winter (Malpighiaceae), P. minuta Dietel (Cyperaceae), P. negrensis P. Hennings (Poaceae), P.palicoureae Mains, (Rubiaceae), P. paraensis Diete!(Rhamanaceae), P.psidii Winter (Myrtaceae), P. tbaliae Diete! (Marantaceae), P. scleriae (Pazschke) Arthur (Cyperaceae). The species P. fiavo-virens, P. beiiconiae, P. minuta and P. negrensis, are new occurrences for the state of Pará. Os fungos do gênero Puccinia estão classificados na família Pucciniaceae, ordem Uredinales, da classe Basidiomycetes. Os Uredinales são conhecidos como ferrugens de plantas, são ecologicamente parasitas obrigatórios e apresentam alta especificidade em relação aos seus hospedeiros. Este trabalho faz parte do projeto "Uredinales da FLONA de Caxiuanã", e tem por objetivo realizar levantamento, identificação e estudos taxonômicos, de espécies do gênero Puccinia, coletadas na área. As espécies foram identificadas com base nas observações macroscópicas dos sintomas, análise das microestruturas e hospedeiros. Foram realizados cortes à mão livre, seguidos de preparação de lâminas semipermanentes, montadas em solução de lactofenol ou azul de metileno com glicerina, para estudo dos soros e esporos de cada espécie. Foram identificadas 14 espécies do gênero Puccinia, parasitando 9 famílias de hospedeiros: P. bambusarum Arthur (Poaceae), P. borreriae Sydow (Rubiaceae), P. flaoo-oirens H. S. Jackson & Holway (Cyperaceae), P. heliconiae Arthur (Heliconiaceae), P. heterospora (Malvaceae), P. buberi P. Hennings (Poaceae), P. insueta Winter (Malpighiaceae), P. minuta Dietel (Cyperaceae), P. negrensis P.
