Considering that the project and reason for the Revista Equatorial of the Postgraduate Program in Social Anthropology at UFRN have the objective of encouraging the publication of academic-scientific works in the area of anthropology, we used this dissemination space to group in this edition articles that are theoretical and empirical research results on the anthropology of food. In this sense, this dossier adds to other efforts to present articles, visual essays and interviews in an area that has long aroused the interest of anthropologists, gastronomists and health professionals in general. |
