In this sense, the research exposes the importance of the farmer's fair for society in the search for better working conditions and increasingly healthy products that are produced by the farmers themselves and consumed by several people who frequent the place in search of satisfying their needs. a healthy environment that offers products of a certain quality. Based on these issues, this research aims to investigate the current infrastructure conditions of the enterprise with the purpose of proposing sanitary and environmental adequacy measures to improve the quality of work and life of people who use the environment, as well as providing a better condition. suitable for marketing products from farmers' farms. The methodology designed for this study was classified as exploratorydescriptive type, qualitative nature and the chosen object was the case study. With regard to investigation techniques, data collection was based on action research and its analysis was made. through content analysis, with the production of graphs, charts and tables. The results obtained in this work were divided into three stages. The first stage comprises the characterization of the demographic profile of the farmers working at AFEPRUC, being a group of people mostly female, who live in the agrovillas that are in the adjacent areas of the In the urban headquarters of the municipality of Castanhal, these people are over 40 years old, but with mostly educational level with only incomplete elementary school, the family income of most of these people is up to 01 minimum wage, which is a worrying factor. It can end up causing various social problems. The second stage presents the environmental sanitary diagnosis of the current infrastructure conditions of the enterprise where several irregularities were identified regarding the infrastructure, most of which are precarious, with inadequate floor, rusty metallic structure, very small and unorganized parking, problems of signaling, restrooms in need of renovation and poor hygiene. Regarding the form of exposure of marketed foods, it was observed that the vast majority (62%) occurred inappropriately, and their storage was improper and deficient. The third stage expresses the sanitary and environmental adequacy plan using the SWOT and 5W2H analysis tools that served as the basis for the construction and implementation of measures to mitigate the weaknesses and internal and external threats detected during the study of the enterprise. Esta obra apresenta os resultados da pesquisa realizada durante o período de março de 2018 a junho de 2019, sobre as condições de infraestrutura sanitárias e ambientais atuais da feira do produtor rural do município de Castanhal (AFEPRUC). Nesse sentido a investigação expõe a importância da feira do produtor rural para a sociedade na busca de melhores condições de trabalho e produtos cada vez mais saudáveis que são produzidos pelos próprios agricultores e consumidos por diversas pessoas que freqüentam o local na busca de satisfazer suas necessidades em um ambiente salubre e que ofereça produtos com uma determinada qualidade. Com base nessas questões, essa pesquisa tem como objetivo investigar as condições atuais de infraestrutura do empreendimento com o desígnio de propor medidas de adequação sanitária e ambiental para melhorar a qualidade de trabalho e vida das pessoas que utilizam o ambiente, além de proporcionar uma condição mais adequada para a comercialização de produtos provenientes das propriedades rurais dos agricultores. A metodologia concebida para este estudo teve como classificação o tipo exploratóriodescritivo, de natureza qualitativa e o objeto escolhido foi o estudo de caso, com relação às técnicas de investigação a coleta de dados baseou-se na pesquisa-ação e sua análise foi feita através da análise do conteúdo, com a produção de gráficos, quadros e tabelas. Os resultados obtidos neste trabalho foram divididos em três etapas, a primeira etapa compreende a caracterização do perfil demográfico dos agricultores que trabalham na AFEPRUC, sendo um grupo de pessoas composto em sua maioria do gênero feminino, que moram nas agrovilas que estão nas áreas adjacentes da sede urbana do município de Castanhal, essas pessoas possuem uma idade acima de 40 anos, porém com nível educacional em sua maioria com apenas o ensino fundamental incompleto, a renda familiar da maioria dessas pessoas é de até 01 salário mínimo, fator este preocupante o que pode acabar ocasionando vários problemas de ordem social. A segunda etapa apresenta o diagnóstico sanitário ambiental das condições de infraestrutura atuais do empreendimento onde foram identificadas várias irregularidades quanto à infraestrutura, que na sua maioria encontram-se precárias, com piso inadequado, estrutura metálica enferrujada, estacionamento muito pequeno e sem organização, problemas de sinalização, banheiros necessitando de reformas e com higiene deficiente. Quanto à forma de exposição dos alimentos comercializados, observou-se que a grande maioria (62%) ocorria de maneira inadequada, e o armazenamento dos mesmos era impróprio e deficiente. A terceira etapa exprime o plano de adequação sanitária e ambiental com o uso das ferramentas na análise SWOT e 5W2H que serviu de base para a construção e implementação de medidas para mitigar as fraquezas e ameaças internas e externas detectado durante o estudo do empreendimento.
