Thus, we methodologically opted for a qualitative approach. The data collection was done by means of a focus group and literature review, it was based in authors who helped us understand the peasantry, countryside education and social practices of language. The locus of research was the educational pole Tessalônica, located in the village of Tessalônica, in Irituia/ PA. Eight teachers participated in the research, who made up the focus group, emphasizing that it was an experience that allowed us to verify the pedagogical practices in the context of social language practices, with more interaction. The survey results revealed the need for continuing education, as well as pedagogical material that dialogues with the reality of the countryside. Thus, based on the needs presented by the teachers, some interventions were carried out. The first intervention took place through three workshops, all mediated by the researcher. In addition to the workshops, an educational product was built with activities to help teachers of the second year of elementary school in dialogue with the local contextualization and with freedom to adapt, when necessary. The product presents ten activities to work with country students, which are also available on Youtube. The research was of great relevance, because it allowed not only to prove, scientifically, the hypotheses raised, but still contributed by involving the community in the training. It can be inferred that there is still a need for further studies on the subject, so that training is not restricted to teachers, and yes, to other subjects in the countryside. Esta pesquisa surgiu da necessidade de analisar como ocorre a formação contínua no âmbito das práticas sociais de linguagens no polo educacional de Tessalônica em Irituia-PA e também para fortalecer as práticas pedagógicas dos professores/as do campo, a partir da organização de oficinas e da produção de um caderno pedagógico com a participação dos(as) professores(as) do referido polo, para subsidiar as aulas de língua portuguesa em turmas do 2º ano do Ensino Fundamental. Desse modo, optou-se, metodologicamente, pela abordagem qualitativa. O levantamento de dados ocorreu por meio de grupo focal e da revisão bibliográfica, à luz de autores que nos ajudaram a compreender o campesinato, a educação do Campo e as práticas sociais de linguagens. O lócus da pesquisa foi o polo educacional de Tessalônica, localizada na Vila de Tessalônica, em Irituia/PA. Teve como participantes da pesquisa oito docentes, os quais compuseram o grupo focal, ressaltando que foi uma experiência que permitiu verificar as práticas pedagógicas no âmbito das práticas sociais de linguagens, com maior interação. Os resultados da pesquisa revelaram a necessidade de formação contínua, como também de material pedagógico que dialogue com a realidade do campo. Assim, a partir das necessidades apresentadas pelos docentes foram realizadas algumas intervenções. A primeira intervenção ocorreu por meio de três oficinas, todas mediadas pela pesquisadora. Além das oficinas, foi construído um produto educacional com atividades para auxiliarem os docentes do segundo ano do Ensino Fundamental em diálogo com a contextualização local e com liberdade para adaptação, quando necessário. O produto apresenta dez atividades para se trabalhar com estudantes do campo, as quais estão disponíveis também no Youtube. A pesquisa foi de grande relevância, pois permitiu não apenas comprovar, cientificamente, as hipóteses levantadas, mas ainda contribuiu envolvendo a comunidade na formação. Pode-se inferir que ainda existe a necessidade de novos estudos sobre a temática, de forma que a formação não se restrinja aos professores, e sim, a outros sujeitos do campo.
