From this number, it is distinguished by 569,057 automobiles and 805,405 motorcycles. On 2016, the state traffic authority published an estimate that the number of motorized vehicles should triplicate by 2020. As a consequence of the increasing number of new motorized vehicles moving by the streets and roads, a negative aspect should be considered: the large incidence of theft and robbery of vehicles in the state. The State Government of Pará playing its constitutional role of public safety and security is responsible to prevent and combat those practices through the Civil Police. In turn, the Civil Police established the Vehicle Theft and Burglary Repression Precinct DRPV, in Portuguese) as the main responsible for this context. Therefore, this work describes the development of web software system to optimize the register and storage of automotive vehicles and parts recovered in actions carried out by the DRFV. This text describes the conclusion of a projected started in 2015 during the undergraduate course on Information Systems in the Federal University of Pará. Segundo dados do DENATRAN – Departamento de Trânsito do Brasil, o estado do Pará possuía até novembro de 2017 uma frota estimada em 1.908.543 de veículos, ocupando a primeira posição na região norte. Deste montante consta a quantidade de 569.057 automóveis e 830.403 motocicletas. Um levantamento realizado em meados de 2016 pelo DETRAN-PA – Departamento de Trânsito do Estado do Pará, revela que a frota de automóveis no estado deve triplicar até o ano de 2022. Diante deste crescimento acentuado de novos veículos automotores nas ruas, há também um lado negativo, que é a grande incidência de furtos e roubos destes veículos. O Governo do Estado no seu papel de gestor da segurança pública trabalha por meio da Polícia Civil para coibir e combater essas práticas. A responsável na figura da Polícia Civil é a DRFV – Delegacia de Repressão a Furtos e Roubos de Veículos. Assim, este trabalho descreve o desenvolvimento de um sistema web com o intuito de otimizar o cadastro detalhado e armazenamento de veículos automotores e de peças recuperadas em ações realizadas pela DRFV.
