The research delimited and analyzed the clinical and epidemiological profile of women who
presented DHEG, served by FSCMPA, during the period of 2010 to 2011. The study was a
descriptive type with quantity approach, where the data collection happened through script
with pre-defined variable, about the social demographic and gynecological/obstetric
information. It was used descriptive statistics of the data collected. Therewith, It was observed
that the women, during the period concerned, it’s found mainly between 19 and 24 years old
age group, they are single, perform household activities, have incomplete high school and are
mainly from metropolitan area of Belém, prevailing the city of Belém and the countryside as
well, in Marajó Island, they have family historical of HAS, but it’s not presented any personal
anteceding in favor of the development of the illness, initiates prenatal on the first trimester
with 4 to 6 doctor’s visit made, they are pregnant for the first time and present BP levels
higher than 140x90 mmHg at the moment of internment, and as outcome it’s highlighted the
cesarean births and with significant number of neonate which didn’t develop co-morbidities.
Therefore, investments in primary sector of healthy attention are necessary, besides providing
space to healthy education, highlighting the possibility of nurses’ performance in schools. |
