Resumo:
The objective of the present work is to analyze teaching practice and the challenges of the PNAIC in Multisseriadas classes. Identify levels of classes attended by the teachers of the school; check, in the teaching perspective, how the dynamic teaching and learning in the classroom; analyze the limits and possibilities of PNAIC in Multisseriadas classes, according to teachers. The research consisted of literature review in electronic database, materials, books, journals, articles already published, to see how the authors surveyed dealing with the subject, and field research, performed through a substructured interview, with two school teachers. The PNAIC aims to continuing education, attendance, teachers literacy teachers, with focus on literacy; distribution of material resources of the MEC, focused on literacy and the literacy, articulated through training; increasing the amount of thin materials. It was concluded that there is a need for a more solid formation, in which PNAIC engineers in the city to hear the complaints, the questions of the professors in the field.
