The objective was to present the evidence in the literature about the systematization of
nursing care in patients with tuberculosis. The method used is characterized by the
continuity of the Curricular Work of Academic Activity that occurred in the third
semester of the Nursing Course at the Federal University of Pará (UFPA), whose
objective was to produce a Nursing Assistance Systematization (SAE) instrument. It is
necessary to perfect the instrument by means of a literature review on the subject so that
it can strengthen and implement it, and it is necessary to perform the Integrated Literature
Review (RIL). The search was performed on the platform of the Virtual Health Library -
VHL, in the database Latin American and Caribbean in Health Sciences - LILACS, using
the descriptors "Tuberculosis" and "Nursing Professionals" and established as a criterion
of inclusion for the selection of the sample: complete articles with public availability,
published in Portuguese and English in the period from 2012 to 2017 that addressed the
topic of the systematization of nursing care in the consultation of the user with
tuberculosis in primary care. For the analysis of selected contents, the thematic analysis
technique of Bardin was used. The result of the collection totaled fifteen articles, two
dissertations and one thesis, giving rise to three categories, being: Nursing consultation
to the tuberculosis carrier in primary care; The need to host the relatives of users of
Tuberculosis; and Humanized care for patients with tuberculosis. Technology must be
understood as a set of tools, among them work actions, which set in motion a transforming
action of nature. Thus, in addition to the equipment, the knowledge and actions necessary
to operate them must be included: knowledge and its procedures. It is hoped that this
study will contribute to the construction of knowledge and to the reflection of nursing and
all professionals in this sector on the care to be provided to the family and users of
tuberculosis. |
