In this context, the consumption of psychoactive substances is one of the main factors associated with violence, demonstrating the need for research from the perspective of the aggressor. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the violence against women perpetrated by intimate partners on the effect of alcohol or psychoactive drugs, narrated by the print media in the year 2017. METHODOLOGY: This is a documentary study, restrosptive, with a quantitative approach. The information was collected from notes published in the O Liberal / Belém-Pa periodicals from January to December 2017, available at the Arthur Vianna Library, analyzed from the construction of charts and tables. RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS: from the analysis, 30 cases of marital violence, with a predominance of 83.33% of physical violence, were recorded in the newspapers of 2017, alcohol was associated with violence perpetrated against a partner in 23.33% of the cases , revealing the need to seek studies related to alcohol consumption and violence, considering their impacts in the family context. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: Although law 11.340 of 2006, characterized as the Maria da Penha Law, arises with the precept of punishing the aggressor to ensure the safety of the victim, in article 35, item V, provide for rehabilitation spaces for the aggressor, in consonant with the federal constitution of 1988, which guarantees access to health as a right of all and a duty of the state, in addition to the organic health law 8,080 of 1990, care must be taken to ensure the health of the aggressor, not penalties related to the ingestion of beverages alcoholic and psychoactive substances, but in the context of violence, understanding it with a health problem. INTRODUÇÃO:A violência contra mulher é um fenômeno global, prevalente em sociedades que apresentam em sua cultura valores patriarcais, onde se predomina a iniquidade entre gêneros. Nesse contexto o consumo de substâncias psicoativas apresenta-se como um dos principais fatores associados à violência, demonstrando a necessidade de investigação na perspectiva do agressor. OBJETIVO:Analisar a violência contra mulher perpetrada por parceiro íntimo sobre o efeitodo álcool ou drogas psicoativas, narrada pela mídia impressa paraense no ano de 2017.METODOLOGIA:Trata-se de um estudo documental, retrospectivo, com abordagem quantitativa. As informações foram coletadas a partir de notas publicadas nos exemplares do jornal O Liberal/Belém-Pa no períodode janeiro a dezembro de 2017, disponíveis na biblioteca Arthur Vianna, analisadas a partir da construção de gráficos e tabelas. RESULTADOS E DISCUSSÕES: a partir da análise foram registrados nos jornais do ano de 2017, 30 casos de violência conjugal, com predominância em 83,33% da violência física, o álcool esteve associado à violência perpetrada contra parceira em 23,33% dos casos, revelando a necessidade buscar estudos relacionado o consumo de álcool e a violência, considerando seus impactos no contexto familiar. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS:A lei 11.340 de 2006, caracterizada como Lei Maria da Penha, surja com o preceito de punir o agressor a garantir a segurança da vítima, em seu artigo 35, inciso V, prever espaços de reabilitação para o agressor, em consonância com constituição federal de 1988, que garante o acesso a saúde como direito de todos e um dever do estado, somada a lei orgânica da saúde 8.080 de 1990, deve-se assegurar atenção a saúde do agressor, não penas relacionado à ingestão de bebidas alcoólicas e substâncias psicoativas, mas no contexto da violência, compreendendo-a com um problema de saúde. 2019-08-27T13:47:26Z 2019-08-27T13:47:26Z 2018 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação PAIXÃO, Victor Assis Pereira da.
