Introduction: The Stork Network that is standardized by Ordinance No. 1459 of June 2011,
in order to facilitate access and improve the quality of prenatal care, the delivery care,
puerperium and care of children up to 2 years old, It presents a strategy prenatal component to
ensure a gestation healthy for the binomial. (BRAZIL, 2011a, 2011c; 2012a). Objectives:
The study has the general objective to know the views of the professionals on the prenatal
component in the guidelines of the Stork Network in the municipality of Benevides, Pará.
Aligned to it, where have the specific objectives, which are meant to highlight. importance of
professional delivering comprehensive care, humane and resolute pregnant women in prenatal
and identify critical nodes of the performance of health professionals in prenatal component.
Methodology: The study proposal supported in cross-sectional is a qualitative approach, and
data collection conducted through interviews that were recorded in the Family Health Strategy
in the city of Benevides, with a total of nine subjects, among doctors and nurses in 2016.
Using the method of thematic content analysis. The study met the assumptions of Resolution
466/2012. Analysis and Discussion of Data: From the analysis originated three core drivers.
The first: "Conceptions of the attention networks: a focus for stork network and prenatal
component," bringing three categories: "Conceptions of Health Care Networks", "To know
and not to know the Stork Network: that is the question "and" Component Prenatal Stork
Network: conceptions of professionals. " The second driver core was entitled "professionals
Performance in Pre-Christmas" which emerged three categories - "The actors of assistance
attention to Pre-Christmas", "Stork Network: the importance of caring" and "New possibilities
with Stork network: parental participation in prenatal care. " Finally the core: "The making of
the Stork Network: what we have to what we want." The details of the talks and expressed
content is provided to identify the professionals have knowledge inherent Prenatal component
of Stork Network, which reflects the speeches that act, as it is for health professionals,

assistance in the municipality with intentionality of integral and humanized care, and perform
the recommended actions. The speeches of the subjects emphasized that they are responsible
to provide responsible care in care steps reflecting the understanding of the care model

essential attributes of the Primary Health Care, enumerating yet the importance of critical
nodes resolutions for effective performance in line the Health Care Networks in the strategic
area Stork Network. Final Thoughts: It was evident that the conceptions of Health Care
Networks are consistent assumptions contained in the legal and operational supports the
Network Stork and prenatal component. However, it is necessary a closer relationship
between the desired and the reality experienced by the professionals, hence with the necessary
improvements in training services and processes be in the gym, and in service. Thus, the
integration between the University and the Education Program for Working for Health, allows
the professional continuing education of their actions and services to provide skilled care to
the population. |
