The technological innovations in the area of mobile applications have been notable over the last
decades, offering more and more solutions that facilitate the life of the population. Since society
is almost completely accessible to information technologies and with access to the Internet, new
products that use these resources become increasingly viable. However, a problem that still
presents many difficulties in being contained is the problem of crime, thus generating high costs
for the whole society. In this way, the following work seeks to study a viable solution for the
integration of society, in order to introduce the understanding that ordinary individuals can also
be part of the solution of this problem together with the public security organs, using an
occurrence registration application that be simple, agile and safe. With this research, we
obtained a good acceptance of the participants through a prototype in the relevance of obtaining
a new tool that allows the expediting and follow up of the processes of registration of occurrence
bulletin, generating new methods of research and fight against the problem of crime.
