Since society is almost completely accessible to information technologies and with access to the Internet, new products that use these resources become increasingly viable. However, a problem that still presents many difficulties in being contained is the problem of crime, thus generating high costs for the whole society. In this way, the following work seeks to study a viable solution for the integration of society, in order to introduce the understanding that ordinary individuals can also be part of the solution of this problem together with the public security organs, using an occurrence registration application that be simple, agile and safe. With this research, we obtained a good acceptance of the participants through a prototype in the relevance of obtaining a new tool that allows the expediting and follow up of the processes of registration of occurrence bulletin, generating new methods of research and fight against the problem of crime. As inovações tecnológicas na área de aplicativos para celulares têm sido notáveis ao longo das últimas décadas, oferecendo cada vez mais soluções que facilitam a vida da população. Uma vez que a sociedade está quase completamente com acesso a tecnologias de informação e com acesso à Internet, novos produtos que utilizam estes recursos se tornam cada vez mais viáveis. Porém, um problema que ainda apresenta muita dificuldade em ser contido é o problema da criminalidade no contexto nacional e estadual, sendo algo que gera altos custos para toda a sociedade. Desta forma, o seguinte trabalho busca estudar uma solução viável de integralização da sociedade, de forma a introduzir a compreensão de que os indivíduos comuns também podem fazer parte da solução deste problema juntamente com os órgãos de segurança pública, utilizando um aplicativo de registro de ocorrências policiais que seja simples, ágil e seguro.
