Este trabalho trata da psicossomática e da educação física escolar, trazendo ambos seu conceito e histórico, de modo que as mesmas sejam articuladas e medias para resultarem num novo olhar pedagógico de educação: educação física e saúde mental na escola, desse modo, busca-se objetivamente atrelar as teorias da educação física seguindo as ideias de Medina (2007) e Brandil (2000) posteriormente às teorias da psicossomática segundo Filho e Burd (2010), Cruz e Junior ( 2011) e Silva e Gaio (2016) para assim mostrar uma nova proposta e perspectiva de educação que vise discutir sobre saúde física e mental com alunos (jovens adolescentes) de forma que tenham um renovado conhecimento do que significa aos dias de hoje ter saúde e bem estar; em como cuidar do seu eu de maneira integral, prevenindo-os das doenças psicológicas e físicas, oriunda desta geração, portanto, esta pesquisa segue a metodologia de cunho bibliográfico e pesquisa qualitativa, buscando novas reflexões e discussões fundamentando ambos os conteúdos de modo que as ideias apresentadas neste projeto tenha significado e demonstre validez para a educação. 2019-11-12T19:34:14Z 2019-11-12T19:34:14Z 2019-07-05 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação AZEVEDO, Ediane Souza de.
