Therefore, we inform some guiding principles that have passed through some specific objectives such as; a) To identify if the school is working the sexual orientation between adolescents; b) To evaluate the causes reported by the subjects of this research on the problems of an early pregnancy; c) Analyze the implications of early pregnancy in school life of adolescents. And to direct the intricacies in the process we affirm that it is a qualitative approach of field research to which to use the semi structured interview technique of descriptive character for the collection of the data in which the subjects of the research are two young people who in the past were students of the rural school space, parents and school management. The present research was based on the main theorists who contributed to the progress of this work as Duarte (1998), Guimarães (1995), Egypto (2003) and others. The collection and analysis of the data will be the mechanisms to investigate the main reasons for the finding of pregnancy among the young adolescents and concomitant the absence of the orientation of the family and the school regarding sex education hindering the knowledge in a preventive way. To do so, this research leaves some challenges, suggestions and open paths to other research related to the topic because it is a very relevant problem in society in general. Este estudo denominado de A Gravidez na Adolescência nas vozes de educandos e pais de uma escola pública de São Miguel do Guamá-Pa, teve como objetivo geral compreender os principais motivos que causam elevado índice de gravidez entre adolescentes estudantes que moram no espaço rural do município de São Miguel do Guamá. Para tanto, informamos alguns princípios norteadores que perpassaram diante de alguns objetivos específicos como; a) Identificar se a escola está trabalhando a orientação sexual entre adolescentes; b) Avaliar as causas relatadas pelos sujeitos desta pesquisa sobre os problemas de uma gravidez precoce; c) Analisar as implicações da gravidez precoce na vida escolar das adolescentes. E para direcionar os meandros no processo afirmamos que se trata de uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa de campo ao qual utilizou a técnica de entrevista semiestruturadas de caráter descritivo para a coleta dos dados no qual os sujeitos da pesquisa são duas jovens que no passado foram alunas do espaço escolar rural, os pais e a gestão escolar. A presente pesquisa se fundamentou nos principais teóricos que contribuíram para o progresso deste trabalho como Duarte (1998), Guimarães (1995), Egypto (2003) e outros. A coleta e análise dos dados será os mecanismos para averiguar as principais razões da constatação da gravidez entre as jovens adolescentes e concomitante a ausência da orientação da família e da escola no que se refere a educação sexual dificultando o conhecimento de forma preventiva.
