For the development of this research we opted for a qualitative methodology with semi-structured interview application with four teachers of the Municipal Child Education Unit Kimie Ohaze located in the municipality of Santarém Novo-PA. As a theoretical basis we brought relevant authors of the area as Kuhmann Jr, Kramer , Horn, Zabalza, Filgueiras and the National Curriculum Guidelines for Early Childhood Education (DCNEIs), among others. The text deals with questions about Early Childhood Education in history, which goes through discussions about DCNEIs, elements that guide the classroom and the organization of this space. The results show that there is an understanding on the part of the educators about the importance of the organization of the living space and that they use and organize the various elements that make up the room, so that the lesson is meaningful for the children. However, it is necessary to research with this same theme in schools with different profiles and the use of different spaces in the schools of Early Childhood Education. Este trabalho discute a temática: A Sala de Aula na Educação Infantil como Elemento Norteador do Processo Ensino Aprendizagem, o mesmo tem como objetivo geral realizar uma análise acerca da sala de aula na Educação Infantil como elemento norteador do processo ensino aprendizagem, este trás como objetivos específicos: investigar a importância da organização didático pedagógica da sala de aula na Educação Infantil; e verificar o espaço físico da sala de aula enquanto ambiente estimulador da aprendizagem. Para o desenvolvimento desta pesquisa optou-se por uma metodologia qualitativa com aplicação de entrevista semiestruturada com quatro professoras da Unidade Municipal de Educação Infantil Kimie Ohaze localizada no município de Santarém Novo-PA. Como fundamento teórico trouxemos autores relevantes da área como Kuhmann Jr, Kramer, Horn, Zabalza, Filgueiras e as Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais da Educação Infantil - DCNEIs, entre outros. O texto aborda questões sobre a Educação Infantil na história perpassando por discussões acerca das DCNEIs, elementos que norteiam a sala de aula e a organização deste espaço. Os resultados alcançados apontam que há compreensão por parte das educadoras sobre a importância da organização do espaço sala e que as mesmas fazem uso e organizam os diversos elementos que compõem a sala, para que a aula seja significativa para as crianças.
