This basin is in a preliminary exploratory stage with evidence that it has the basic conditions for the occurrence of hydrocarbon accumulations. This work shows the results of 2D seismic interpretation of seismic lines 0295-0001, 0295-0002, 0295-0003, 0295-0004, 0295-0005, 0295-0006, 0295- 0007, 0295-0008 and 0295-0009. The nine seismic lines constitute a project of the National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP), which aims to estimate the oil potential of the Parnaíba Basin. The seismic interpretation was based on the interpretation of the composite log of a well, made from the well-to-seismic calibration and geological map of the area. It was performed a correlation between the data from the well log profiles with the reflectors observed in the seismic sections. In total, ten reflectors were identified, from the top of the Piauí Formation to the Basement. By mapping the reflectors, it can be viewed that some regions indicate to be depocenters in Lines 0295-0006, 0295-0007 and 0295-0008, related to the Transbrasilian Lineament, which is the main regional lineament in Parnaíba Basin. To perform the interpretation and intersection of reflectors identified, the software GOCAD (Geological Object Computer Aided Design) was used that allowed the 3D visualization of the nine seismic lines with their sizes and positions. A Bacia do Parnaíba é uma bacia paleozóica intracratônica situada na região nordeste ocidental brasileira, localizada entre grandes faixas de dobramento onde estão depositados sedimentos do Ordoviciano ao Terciário, com eventos magmáticos no Mesozóico. Esta bacia se encontra em um estágio exploratório preliminar, com indícios de que ela contenha as condições básicas para a ocorrência de acumulações de hidrocarbonetos. O presente trabalho exibe os resultados da interpretação sísmica 2D das linhas sísmicas 0295-0001, 0295-0002, 0295-0003, 0295-0004, 0295-0005, 0295-0006, 0295-0007, 0295-0008 e 0295-0009. As nove linhas sísmicas constituem um projeto da Agência Nacional do Petróleo, Gás Natural e Biocombustíveis (ANP) que tem como finalidade estimar o potencial petrolífero da Bacia do Parnaíba. A interpretação sísmica foi realizada com base na interpretação do perfil composto de um poço, feita a partir da calibração sísmica-poço e do mapa geológico da área. Foi realizada uma correlação entre os dados dos perfis do poço com os refletores observados na sísmica. No total, foram identificados dez refletores a partir do topo da Formação Piauí até o Embasamento. Com o mapeamento dos refletores, pode-se visualizar algumas regiões que indicam ser depocentros nas Linhas 0295-0006, 0295-0007 e 0295-0008; relacionadas ao Lineamento Transbrasiliano, principal lineamento regional da Bacia do Parnaíba.
