Therefore, a new niche emerged: the WebApps. In this sense, this work addresses the development of a system, on the WEB platform, for management and monitoring of therapies. It also describes the agile processes and methodologies adopted for the development of the system, respecting the standards established by the software engineering community. The purpose of Therapy is to organize, manage, record the results of therapies and assist in decision-making through reports generated from a form generator, incorporated into the patient's chart. This form will be created by the system's participating therapists. The chosen technologies and the applied methodology were successful in their objective, so the not contemplated and developed points (reporting and usability tests), were not due to limitations of the methodology or resources of the used technology, but for other reasons (skillful time). Despite the open gaps, the software has great potential for a marketable end product and/or producing other similar jobs. A plataforma WEB passou por muitas modificações nos últimos anos, sua arquitetura foi melhorada e devido aos seus avanços, foi possível desenvolver software mais robusto, com dimensões de sistemas de grande porte, o que só era possível em sistemas Desktop. Um novo nicho surgiu: os WebApps. Portanto, este trabalho aborda o desenvolvimento de um sistema, na plataforma, de gerenciamento e monitoramento de terapias (chamado Therapy). Também descreve os processos ágeis e metodologias adotadas para o desenvolvimento do sistema, respeitando os padrões estabelecidos pela comunidade de engenharia de software. O Therapy tem por objetivo organizar, gerir, montar histórico de resultados das terapias e auxiliar na tomada de decisão por meio dos relatórios emitidos a partir de um gerador de formulários, incorporado ao prontuário do paciente. Tal formulário será criado pelos terapeutas participantes do sistema. As tecnologias escolhidas e a metodologia aplicada tiveram sucesso em seu objetivo, sendo assim os pontos não contemplados e desenvolvidos (emissão de relatórios e testes de usabilidade), não se deram por limitações da metodologia ou recursos da tecnologia utilizada, mas por outros motivos (tempo hábil).
