The purpose of this study is to study the curricular proposal of the Physical Education Course of UFPA, Belem Campus, adopted from the year 2012. It also has the following guiding question: the Physical Education curriculum of UFPA, Campus Belem, prepares the egress to meet the demand of Basic Health Care? In order to do so, it was presented, historically, how the consolidation of the Unified Health System (SUS) and the Basic Health Care (ABS) in Brazil was presented and for this purpose we tried to portray the transformations and ruptures existing in the guarantee of rights health of the Brazilian population. It was verified how the process of integrating PE in public health occurred with the insertion of PEF into ABS. It was understood through the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of the Physical Education Course of UFPA, whether or not it contemplated a training that would attend to the performance of the graduates in ABS. Documentary and qualitative research was then carried out by analyzing the legal frameworks (legislation) that make up the office of the PEF, such as resolutions, decrees, guidelines, among others. Scientific articles, periodicals and monographs were also analyzed. In view of this, it was observed that the curriculum of the UFPA, contains within its scope, disciplines that contemplate, not intentionally, the performance of the egress in the ABS, but none of its contents deal with the SUS debate, which the need to address this subject or in specific discipline, or as a cross-cutting theme in relevant disciplines during the academic periods, such as Public Policies in EF, Sports and Leisure, and in the supervised stage, when the instrumentalization of the techniques may be more refined. Este trabalho buscou analisar o debate sobre a formação e a inserção do Profissional de Educação Física (PEF) na esfera das políticas públicas no âmbito da saúde através de reflexões feitas por vários autores como (BACHETTI, 2014; CARVALHO, 2001; PATROCÍNIO, 2012), trazendo à tona quastionamentos sobre as atividades físicas/práticas corporais no atendimento à saúde e da possibilidade da Educação Física como forma de promover à saúde coletiva. O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso (TCC) tem como objeto de estudo a proposta curricular do Curso de Educação Física da UFPA, Campus Belém adotada a partir do ano de 2012. Possui, também, a seguinte questão norteadora: o currículo de Educação Física da UFPA, Campus Belém, prepara o egresso para atender a demanda da Atenção Básica em Saúde? Para tanto, apresentou-se, históricamente, como se deu a consolidação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) e da Atenção Básica em Saúde (ABS) no Brasil e para isso procurou-se retratar as transformações e as rupturas existentes na garantia de direitos à saúde da população brasileira. Verificou-se como ocorreu o processo de integração da EF na saúde pública tratando da inserção do PEF na ABS. Compreendeu-se por meio do Projeto Político Pedagógico (PPP) do Curso de Educação Física da UFPA, se o mesmo contemplava, ou não, uma formação que atendesse a atuação dos egressos na ABS. Realizou-se, então, uma pesquisa de caráter documental e qualitativa por meio da análise dos marcos legais (legislação) que compõem o ofício do PEF, a exemplo de resoluções, decretos, diretrizes, dentre outros. Analisou-se também artigos científicos, periódicos e monografias. Diante disto, observou-se que o currículo da UFPA, contém em seu bojo, disciplinas que contemplam, não de forma intencional, a atuação do egresso na ABS, porém, nenhum de seus conteúdos tratam do debate sobre o SUS, o que possibilita a necessidade de se abordar tal assunto ou em disciplina específica, ou como tema transversal em disciplinas pertinentes no decorrer dos períodos letivos como em Políticas Públicas em EF, Esporte e Lazer, e no estágio supervisionado, quando a instrumentalização das técnicas podem ser mais refinadas. 2020-01-27T18:25:49Z 2020-01-27T18:25:49Z 2018-12-21 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação ARAUJO, Silvio Marcio Muniz de.
