The discussion on literacy and genres was built based on studies of Cagliari (2002), Soares (2004), Marcuschi (2002) and others. The collaborators of the research were two teachers who worked in class the first year of elementary school. This research can be characterized as a qualitative case study. Used for the construction of the information the results of interviews, field diary and textual productions of the students. From the teachers' responses analysis was carried out one confrontation of observations in the classroom and the textual productions of students. In the testimonies of the teachers and the students' productions it is possible to identify significant progress in learning to present an objective textual genres. We conclude that the implementation classes that put motivating situations for students and with different methodologies can be configured in excellent learning opportunities for students in the early years, as well as provide the professional development of current and future teachers who engage in such an undertaking. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo investigar em que termos os professores das escolas públicas da periferia de Belém-PA utilizam os gêneros textuais na alfabetização linguística dos alunos e discutir as possíveis contribuições do uso desse recurso. A discussão sobre alfabetização e gêneros textuais foi construída com basenos estudos de Cagliari (2002), Soares (2004), Marcuschi (2002) e outros. As colaboradoras da pesquisa foram duas professoras que atuavam em turma do primeiro ano do Ensino Fundamental. Essa investigação pode ser caracterizada como um estudo de caso de caráter qualitativo. Utilizamos para a construção das informações os resultados de entrevistas, diário de campo e produções textuais dos alunos. A partir da análise das respostas dos professores procedeu-se um confrontamento das observações em sala de aula e as produções textuais dos estudantes. Nos depoimentos das professoras e nas produções dos alunos é possível identificar progressos significativos na aprendizagem ao apresentarem com finalidades os gêneros textuais. Concluímos que a execução de aulas que coloquem situações motivadoras para os alunos e com metodologias diferenciadas podem se configurar em excelentes oportunidades de aprendizagem para os estudantes dos anos iniciais, bem como proporcionar o desenvolvimento profissional de atuais e futuros professores que engajem em tal empreitada. 2020-02-05T22:48:30Z 2020-02-05T22:48:30Z 2016-04-05 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SILVA, Suziane Thais Martins da.
