Therefore, identified as motivator of this work, to assist in the development of the discipline of Operating Systems (OS) in order to facilitate the understanding of content by students with subjects that are difficult to demonstrate. In order to meet these and other demands, the SAW (Web Evaluation System) system was developed, which serves as a tool for the elaboration and management of evaluative questions of the Laboratory of Operating Systems (LSO) discipline of the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , At the Federal University of Pará (UFPA). SAW software is an educational tool for inclusion and storage of questions with their respective answers, allowing the elaboration of simulations and evaluations, as well as registrations and changes of users of different levels of access. Stored questions have three degrees of difficulty (easy, medium, difficult), type of question (whether for simulations or evaluations) and time (in seconds) for students' responses. Evaluations and simulations are stored in a system database and can be answered by the students, each response submitted is, at the end of the simulation or evaluation, corrected by the system and the result made available to the student and to the teacher responsible for the discipline . The answers given and the number of hits are stored and reported through reports. The tool was evaluated in a group of Bachelor of Information Systems of the Federal University of Pará, obtained a positive evaluation in the questions: usability, human-computer interaction, and understanding of the tool. Atualmente o uso de um software educacional em atividades de ensino e aprendizagem pode ser visto como um mecanismo de auxílio ao professor, facilitando o repasse e fixação do conteúdo acadêmico, e também é um fator motivador para o aluno que tem nos softwares educacionais uma nova abordagem de ensino, mais dinâmica, interativa e possibilita tanto ao professor como ao aluno, acompanhar o desempenho e evolução da turma. Sendo assim, identificado como motivador deste trabalho, para auxiliar no desenvolvimento da disciplina de Sistemas Operacionais (SO) a fim de facilitar a compreensão pelos alunos de conteúdos em que predominam assuntos de difícil demonstração. Visando atender a estas, e outras demandas, foi desenvolvido o sistema SAW (Sistema de Avaliação Web), que serve de ferramenta para elaboração e gerenciamento de questões avaliativas da disciplina de Laboratório de Sistemas Operacionais (LSO) do Curso de Bacharelado em Ciência da Computação, na Universidade Federal do Pará (UFPA). O software SAW é uma ferramenta educacional para inclusão e armazenamento de questões com suas respectivas respostas, permitindo a elaboração de simulados e avaliações, bem como cadastros e alterações de usuários de diferentes níveis de acesso. As questões armazenadas possuem três graus de dificuldades (fácil, médio, difícil), tipo de questão (se para simulados ou avaliações) e tempo (em segundos) para resposta dos alunos. As avaliações e os simulados ficam armazenados em um banco de dados do sistema e podem ser respondidas pelos alunos, cada resposta submetida é, ao término do simulado ou avaliação, corrigida pelo sistema e o resultado disponibilizado para o aluno e para o professor responsável pela disciplina. As respostas dadas e a quantidade de acertos são armazenados e informados por meio de relatórios.
