In addition, it is important because during the internship it is the teacher regent who makes practical experience meaningful in that it facilitates the establishment of a link between academic knowledge and teaching practice. The importance of the study is based on the relevance of the contact of the future teacher, who happens during the internship, with the teachers in charge, since they are in the classroom, whose practice is the elaboration and application of practices in a context in which That there are complexities and confrontations of school reality. The study methodology was developed based on bibliographical research and data collection in books, articles, publications in scientific journals and dissertations. We have learned from this study that the supervised internship is of paramount importance for teacher training and that the performance of the regent teacher is essential for the development of the skills necessary for teaching functions. Este trabalho tem como tema a formação de futuros professores e o estágio de docência, que constituem o foco de grandes debates políticos e educacionais no Brasil. Debater a respeito de tais assuntos é importante porque é durante o estágio que o futuro docente tem a oportunidade de relacionar teoria e prática, e durante esta etapa, é o professor regente quem torna a experiência prática significativa, na medida em que propicia o estabelecimento de um elo entre o conhecimento acadêmico e a prática docente. A importância do estudo tem como base a relevância do contato do futuro docente, que acontece durante o estágio, com os professores regentes, pois são eles que, em sala de aula, têm como exercício a elaboração e a aplicação de práticas em um contexto em que há complexidades e os confrontos da realidade escolar. A Metodologia de estudo foi elaborada com breve levantamento bibliográfico.
