The present study deals with the formation of the Pedagogue to act as Pedagogical
Coordinator, having as reference the training in the Pedagogy course of the Federal
University of Pará-UFPA / Campus Belém, with notes on the course, the Pedagogical
Project, the thematic and the curriculum. Considering that the Coordinator's work is relevant
in the school context, but little is said about his / her formation, and because he / she
understands that the pedagogical coordinator is a fundamental link between the formative
environment of the subject and the school. I present the present study on the theoretical
basis that guides the practice of the pedagogue who will act as pedagogical coordinator. It is
a bibliographical review article, where we initially give a brief description about the role of
pedagogical coordinator, his / her functions and work assignments, as well as the theoretical
and methodological assumptions that permeate the pedagogical coordinator's training. The
tally is based on the evaluation project promoted by the Integrated Program of Support for
Teaching, Research and Extension (PROINT) of the Pro-Rectory of Undergraduate
Education of the UFPA (PROEG), hoping to contribute to new discourses on the subject and
providing improvements to the course. |
