The present work aims to verify if the Financial Institutions have internalized the problem of land grabbing in the state of Pará at the time of granting rural credit financing. The research is carried out from a qualitative and quantitative analysis and of administrative proceedings filed at the Pará Land Institute (ITERPA) of interest to financial institutions. Search parameter is based on processes after the date of dispatch of provision nº 013/2006-CJCI, which blocked enrollment real estate agents in rural properties in the interior of the state. In addition, the this work analyzes the regulations in force at the Central Bank of Brazil regarding rural credit and the credit guarantee instruments. |
