The methodology used was the empirical research of qualitative approach, being exploratory and descriptive. Analyzing the interview results, we can see that the participants understand the importance of playfulness in the teachinglearning process in Early Childhood Education, but still find difficulty in using these tools, mainly due to the low availability of play materials. It can be concluded that the child develops integrally through playfulness, since it enables social, cognitive, motor and emotional development. O presente artigo aborda a temática da ludicidade no desenvolvimento infantil, pois esta desponta como ferramenta facilitadora da aprendizagem, tendo como objetivo discutir de que forma as ferramentas lúdicas contribuem no processo de ensino-aprendizagem nas salas de aula da Educação Infantil. A metodologia utilizada foi a pesquisa de natureza empírica de abordagem qualitativa, sendo exploratória e descritiva. Analisando o resultado das entrevistas percebe-se que as participantes compreendem a importância do lúdico no processo de ensinoaprendizagem na Educação Infantil, mas ainda encontram dificuldade na utilização dessas ferramentas, principalmente pela pouca disponibilidade de materiais lúdicos.
