As a result of this study, we present the two best detailed Layouts proposals to assist management in the process of implementing agro-industry, as well as the floor plans, the map flowcharts, the multi-process chart, the process diagram, the Layout by processes defined as ideal for the production scenario, the SWOT analysis, the action plan and the strategic planning as support for the agroindustry execution. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo realizar o estudo de Planejamento Sistemático de Layout – PSL, para uma Agroindústria, no Município de Abaetetuba/PA, o qual está dividido em três etapas: a Pesquisa Bibliográfica para embasamento teórico e suporte na aplicação das metodologias; as Visitas Técnicas in loco para coleta de dados e informações pertinentes a temática e a aplicação das etapas de PSL e a confecção de planta baixa da agroindústria e posterior análise dos Layouts de Produção. Como resultado do estudo realizado apresentam-se as duas melhores propostas de Layouts com detalhamento, para auxiliar a gerência no processo de implantação da agroindústria, assim como as plantas baixas, os mapofluxogramas, a carta de multiprocessos, o diagrama de processos, o Layout por processos definido como ideal para o cenário produtivo, a análise SWOT, o plano de ação e o planejamento estratégico como suporte para a execução da agroindústria. 2021-04-19T15:24:41Z 2021-04-19T15:24:41Z 2019-12-18 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação SOUSA, Michelli Silva.
