Thus, the debate between the relationship between academic knowledge and school knowledge is necessary, since the proposal for the production of a didactic resource for the teaching of history will only be feasible based on the researches built in the academy and adapted to the school space. Thus, through the didactic resource proposed here, there are possibilities to study several concepts of History Teaching, as the aspects selected for this material allow to analyze through this border region the notions of power relations, notions of space, notions of source, subjects historical, social organization, territories and borders. Thus proposing updated knowledge and debated in the academy to arrive at the school, because it is believed in the potential of the themes and concepts of this region for daily exercise of the teacher and student, through the compiled organized in this didactic resource. O presente trabalho destaca a Fronteira de Turiaçu que demarcava o limite entre as regiões do Pará e do Maranhão nos anos finais do século XVIII e início do século XIX e analisa a partir de trabalhos científicos de autores como Sueny Diana de Souza, Flávio Gomes, entre outros, aspectos das relações sociais dos sujeitos que ali habitavam a fim de construir um recurso didático para ser utilizado no Ensino Fundamental anos finais. Dessa forma, o debate entre a relação do saber acadêmico e o saber escolar se faz necessário, pois a proposta para a produção de um recurso didático para o ensino de história só será exequível a partir das pesquisas construídas na academia e adaptadas ao espaço escolar. Assim, por meio do recurso didático aqui proposto, há possibilidades de estudar diversos conceitos do Ensino de História, pois os aspectos selecionados para esse material permitem analisar através dessa região fronteiriça as noções de relações de poder, noções de espaço, noções de fonte, sujeitos históricos, organização social, territórios e fronteiras.
