For this purpose, we used bibliographic research as a research tool in a qualitative perspective, in which a theoretical-methodological analysis was carried out based on the re-reading of the main researches that publish important data and information on pedagogical work in hospitals. In this way, the work was subsidized from the theoretical contributions of some decrees and authors Brasil (2002), Matos (2010), Mugiati (2006), Fonseca (1999, 20030) Ribeiro (2012) and among others that were of paramount importance to carry out this study The research is systematized in three essays that bring notes about the challenges and challenges of the pedagogue in hospital classes. Since the Pedagogy DCNs (BRASIL, 2006) emphasize that the course aims to train the pedagogue to work in school and non-school spaces, however, it is clear that teacher training is prioritized for the school space, however, a pedagogy hospital that constitutes itself as a very relevant teaching area, in many cases is neglected. Thus, some teaching challenges are encountered in hospital Pedagogy, such as the denied right, professional devaluation of Hospital Pedagogy; emotional processes related to the suffering and death of student patients; Lack of the physical and professional structure created, given that continuous training is not provided, promoted and instigated. Este estudo buscou evidenciar os desafios e perspectivas acerca da atuação do/ pedagogo/a na classe hospitalar. Objetivo central deste estudo se pautou em compreender a atuação e papel do/a pedagogo/a em classe hospitalar. Para tanto, utilizamos como artifício de investigação a pesquisa bibliográfica na perspectiva qualitativa, no qual foi realizado uma análise teórica-metodológica a partir da releitura das principais pesquisas que publicizam dados e informações pertinentes aos trabalhos pedagógicos no âmbito dos hospitais. Desta forma, o trabalho foi subsidiado a partir das contribuições teóricas de alguns decretos e autores Brasil(2002), Matos (2010), Mugiati (2006), Fonseca(1999, 20030) Ribeiro (2012) e entre outros que foram de suma importância para concretização deste estudo A referida pesquisa encontra sistematizada em três ensaios que trazem apontamentos acerca dos desafios e perspectivas do pedagogo nas classes hospitalares. Sendo que as DCNs da Pedagogia (BRASIL, 2006) salienta que o curso visa formar o pedagogo para atuação em espaços escolares e não escolares, no entanto, é notório que a formação de professores é priorizada para o espaço escolar, no entanto, a pedagogia hospitalar que se constitui enquanto uma área da docência bastante relevante, em muitos casos é negligenciada. Desta forma, são encontrados alguns desafios da docência na Pedagogia hospitalar, como o direito negado, desvalorização profissional da Pedagogia Hospitalar; processo emocionais relacionados ao sofrimento e morte dos pacientes-estudantes; ausência da estrutura física e de profissionais qualificados, haja vista que a formação continuada não é oportunizada, promovida e instigada. 2022-01-06T14:03:23Z 2022-01-06T14:03:23Z 2021-02-22 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação CARVALHO, Aurilene de Jesus Costa.
