The development of the Food Actions and their legal results support the objective of this work, as well as the analysis of the criteria used by the Bragantino judicial system to stipulate the values of food in benefits for minors and women, and what are the justifications used by the parents and ex-spouse for not paying for this maintenance. This research has a qualitative approach, with analysis of judicial documents, supported by theoretical references that show that justice, through its agents, propagates the dominant ideology, reinforcing gender asymmetries and hierarchies. Esta pesquisa tem por finalidade analisar como o sistema judiciário em Bragança-PA representa os lugares de homens e mulheres em suas práticas jurídicas nas Ações Cíveis de Alimentos que foram movidas em Bragança-PA com a Lei 5.478/68, do ano de 1969 ao ano de 2013. O desenrolar das Ações de Alimentos e seus resultados jurídicos sustentam o objetivo deste trabalho, bem como a análise dos critérios utilizados pelo sistema judiciário bragantino para estipular os valores dos alimentos em benefícios de menores e de mulheres, e quais as justificativas utilizadas pelos pais e ex-cônjuge para o não pagamento desses alimentos.
