The use of technological resources as an inclusion tool for students with hearing impairment is the new way to provide equity within the regular education of public schools, with emphasis on schools in the metropolitan region of Belém-PA. According to the current scenario regarding the presence of these individuals in schools, it was necessary to develop the research, with the objective of informing, contextualizing the current situation of the school environment and requesting new methodologies within the classrooms. The present work is based on the bibliographic survey about the hearing impaired within the regular education, the exclusion and the methodologies approached by the teachers. The work uses the application of a form as a field research, featuring a theoretical and empirical research, with the objective of knowing the reality of public schools and promoting a comparison with data on the supply of technological resources. The field research questions have their elaboration with the objective of knowing the structural space, affirming the presence of the technological material available for use inside the classroom and informing if the individual with hearing impairment is enjoying their right to education guaranteed by the Law No. 13,146/2015 (Brazilian Law on the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities). The survey was carried out from 10/2021 to 12/2021 by the digital platform “google forms”, available on the google platform. The survey was sent to the general public, with partial identification of people with hearing impairment. After analyzing the data generated from the respondents' answers, it was observed that there is the presence of technological resources partially distributed within schools, but there is a low use of materials due to technology and the appropriate material is still a challenge for education professionals. Therefore, a specific tool is needed to promote the inclusion of students with hearing impairments, respecting the needs and limitations of public schools. |
