And that includes in the calendar the day of black consciousness as a mandatory commemorative date. In this sense, for the refinement of the research, documents such as the unified regiment of municipal schools in Capanema, State of Pará, are still used in the research. And the internal ordinance 003/2021 of the municipality, which consists of the main articles and laws for the teaching of Ethnic Relations in the schools of the municipality. A reading and analysis of the axes of the project was carried out, in which it was made available in a digitized version, in order to find the discourses of Ethnic-Racial relations, using the PPP and dialogue with authors who discuss the pedagogical political project and ethnic-racial relations. , the educational guidelines, together with laws 10.639/2003 and 11.645/2008 to analyze what they say about the teaching of cultures in school. The study is characterized as a qualitative research, of documentary character, the results obtained with the analyzes was the absence of treatment for the teaching of ethnic-racial relations in the pedagogical political project and in the curriculum for elementary and child education, the pedagogical document does not articulate proposals together with the laws 10.639/2003 and as for the law 11.645/2008 it is only mentioned in the project, with that the research identified that the project still does not contemplate the designations for the teaching of Ethnic-racial Relations nor the teaching of history and Afro-Brazilian and indigenous culture in its curriculum for Basic Education. A presente pesquisa foi realizada na EMEIF Jorge Travassos em Capanema- PA. Tem como objetivo analisar os discursos sobre as relações étnico-raciais no Projeto Político Pedagógico da escola. Com o intuito de verificar os discursos quanto as relações étnicos raciais no currículo, se o projeto articular com as principais legislações para o ensino da história e cultura afrobrasileira e indígena, sendo estas a lei 10.639/2003 que altera a LDB/1996 que inclui o ensino da história e cultura afro-brasileira e africana e se articular o ensino das Relações étnicos-raciais com a lei 11.645/2008 que torna obrigatório o ensino da história e cultura afro- brasileira e indígena. E que inclui no calendário o dia da consciência negra como data comemorativa obrigatório. Neste sentido para o refinamento da pesquisa ainda se utilizar na pesquisa os documentos como o regimento unificado das escolas municipais de Capanema, Estado do Pará. E a portaria interna 003/2021 do município, que consiste nos principais artigos e leis para o ensino das Relações étnicos nas escolas do município. Foi realizada a leitura e análise dos eixos do projeto no qual foi disponibilizado em versão digitalizado, com vista a encontrar os discursos das relações Étnico-Raciais, utilizando o PPP e o diálogo com autores que discutem o projeto político pedagógico e as relações étnico-raciais, as diretrizes educacionais, juntamente com as leis 10.639/2003 e a 11.645/2008 para analisar o que dizem sobre o ensino das culturas na escola. O estudo se caracteriza como uma pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter documental. Os resultados obtidos das análises temáticas indicam ausência do trato para o ensino das relações étnico-raciais no Projeto Político Pedagógico e no currículo para o Ensino fundamental e Educação Infantil da Escola Jorge Travassos, bem como esse não articular propostas curriculares em diálogo com as leis 10.639/2003 e 11.645/2008, somente faz menção sem indicar o ensino para uma educação antirracista.
