This research aims to analyze how the insertion of Financial Education in High School
can help in the constitution of consumers conscious, articulating with mathematical
knowledge in a localized school in the municipality of Santo Antonio do Tauá / Pa. To
this end, was made a research with a qualitative, approach a preliminary analysis was
made bibliographical research for the theoretical basis, and then a search of field
questionnaires were applied to two classes in the first year of the High school, in order
to identify students' previous knowledge in relation to Financial Education and its
consumption habits. Applied a plan for the insertion of this theme, in which concepts
were presented related to this theme. Through the results it was found that most of the
students never had contact with Financial Education and that the research of Pricing
can contribute to building conscious consumers. The Education Finance articulated
with Mathematics can lead students practical and meaningful learning, the research
also made it possible for students to develop habits that improve their relationship with
money, becoming citizens aware of their choices. So financial education is important
to society, for the social relevance it proposes. |
