Performs data collection through questionnaires employed students about their opinions and suggestions regarding the Pergamum system as the services and products offered by the Central Library of the UFPA. The analysis has obtained data that shows that students do not have great difficulty accessing the system or use it both on campus and outside of it, and that, in most cases, the system operates normally without the need to be bound to register prior, failures are related to the retrieved information, which in many cases are not according to the research objectives, the students request more training for efficient use of the system, requesting also updating the indexed terms. Concludes by emphasizing the need to investigate more often the services and products offered by the institution, if they are in accordance with the needs of users and running the best way, therefore, the library as an institution that provides access and dissemination of information, It has a great role as a transforming and community developer that provides services and products. Avalia o sistema Pergamum utilizado na Biblioteca Central da UFPA como recurso para recuperação de informação por discente do curso de Biblioteconomia das turmas de 2013 e 2014 com o objetivo de verificar qual o nível de satisfação destes usuários em relação as informações recuperadas e o processo de manutenção e atualização do sistema. Realiza um levantamento de dados por meio de questionários empregados aos alunos sobre suas opiniões e sugestões em relação ao sistema Pergamum como os serviços e produtos oferecidos pela Biblioteca Central da UFPA. A análise apresenta dados obtido que demonstra que os alunos não possuem grandes dificuldades ao acessar o sistema ou utiliza-lo, tanto no campus quanto fora do mesmo, e que, em sua maioria, o sistema opera normalmente sem a necessidade de estar vinculado a cadastro prévio, as falhas são relacionadas as informações recuperadas, que em muitos casos, não estão de acordo com os objetivos da pesquisa, os discentes solicitam mais treinamento para o uso eficiente do sistema, solicitando, também, a atualização dos termos indexados. Conclui enfatizando a necessidade de averiguar com mais frequência os serviços e produtos oferecidos pela instituição, se estão de acordo com as necessidades dos usuários e sendo executados da melhor forma, pois, a biblioteca, como uma instituição que proporciona o acesso e disseminação da informação, tem um grande papel como transformador e desenvolvedor da comunidade a que presta serviços e produtos. 2017-04-12T13:09:00Z 2017-04-12T13:09:00Z 2016 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação KOSHOJI, Lena Leika.
