The present work identified the Permanent Preservation Areas (APP), as well as the Legal Reserve Areas (ARL), in addition to the traditional agricultural production areas with or without the use of pesticides. It concludes that these sensitive areas do not suffer from high degradation, but are in sustainable use and with crop rotation culminating in areas of fallow vegetation and in constant transformation into Agroforestry System (SAFs) reaching a total area of 847.55 ha of the settlement. Este trabalho apresenta uma proposta de análise geoespacial no assentamento rural federal Paulo Fonteles e sua relação com Novo Código Florestal Brasileiro (NCF) (lei nº 12/05/2012) e o uso do solo partindo da elaboração de relatório técnico relacionado a legislação ambiental no mapeamento das áreas especiais na propriedade e de que modo as atividades desenvolvidas interfere na vegetação natural, com base nos dados contidos no Sistema de Cadastro Rural do Pará (SICAR). O presente trabalho identificou as Áreas de Preservação Permanente (APP), assim como as Áreas de Reserva Legal (ARL), além das áreas de produção agrícolas tradicionais com ou sem uso de agrotóxicos. Conclui que essas áreas sensíveis não sofrem ação de degradação elevada, e sim estão em uso sustentável e com rotação de culturas culminando com áreas de pousio da vegetação e, em constante transformação em Sistema de Agroflorestas (SAFs) alcançado área total de 847, 55 Ha do assentamento. 2022-07-19T16:52:13Z 2022-07-19T16:52:13Z 2022-06-08 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação LOPES, Ronalth Ferreira.
