Resumo:
This work aims to seek to know the profile of the consumers "açaí wine" produced in a beneficiadora small company located in the municipality Abaetetuba / PA. To this end, we adopted the methodology of qualitative and quantitative research field applied through questionnaires and tasting the product, aiming to raise the profile of the consumer "wine" for the company. The data collected from more than 100 volunteers in the University Campus Abaetetuba/UFPA- Baixo Tocantins where a tasting of "wine" process respondents answered the questionnaire. Data were plotted in graphs for analysis and further definition of the habits and preferences of consumers of the product. With the results obtained, it was observed that the majority of respondents are regular users of the "wine of açaí" and were able to identify the preferences of those in relation to consumption of the product, as well as the quality of the "wine" produced by company studied.
