This research is of a qualitative nature, was carried out with students of the State School of Fundamental Education Don Bosco, in the city of Salinópolis / PA. The participants of the research were 21 students who attended the 9th year of elementary education. The proposal of Mathematical Modeling was applied in a supermarket, where the students collected the data. The analysis of the research was carried out in an interpretative way in front of the pertinent literature on Mathematical Modeling in Mathematical Education and the collected data, such as: audios, videos, photos, notes in observation diary and records of the mathematical models that appeared at the time of the activity. The results show that Mathematical Modeling is a teaching and learning tool that crosses an interdisciplinary path, thus arising in this proposal mathematical and non-mathematical knowledge and enables us to develop abilities considered significant with respect to reading and interpreting real facts that involve not only the mathematical knowledge, but the other activities of the student's life. Esta pesquisa se debruça em investigar que conhecimentos são engajados nas tomadas de decisões em uma proposta de Modelagem Matemática para o Ensino Fundamental. Esta pesquisa é de natureza qualitativa, foi realizada com alunos da Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental Dom Bosco, na cidade de Salinópolis/PA. Os participantes da pesquisa foram 21 alunos que cursavam o 9º ano do ensino Fundamental. A proposta de Modelagem Matematica foi aplicada em um supermercado, onde os alunos coletaram os dados. A análise da pesquisa foi realizada de forma interpretativa frente á literatura pertinente a Modelagem Matemática na Educação Matemática e aos dados coletados, como: áudios, vídeos, fotos, anotações em diário de observação e registros dos modelos matemáticos que surgiram ao logo da atividade. Os resultados mostram que a Modelagem Matemática e uma ferramenta de ensino e aprendizagem que percorre um caminho interdisciplinar, surgindo assim nesta proposta saberes matemáticos e não matemáticos e nos possibilita desenvolver habilidades consideradas significativas que diz respeito a leitura e a interpretação de fatos reais que envolvam não somente os conhecimentos matemáticos, mas as demais atividades da vida do aluno. 2022-09-21T18:11:25Z 2022-09-21T18:11:25Z 2019-07-12 Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso - Graduação DIAS, Marcel Ellain dos Santos, COSTA, Valtenis Corrêa.
