Resumo:
The Cristo Vive residential, located in the city of Tucuruí-PA, which is part of the housing program of the Federal Government Programa Minha Casa Minha Vida, aims to provide decent housing to 1,000 low-income families enrolled in this program, and their work began in the year of 2012. The construction of the residential building was halted in 2013 after a technical survey of the Caixa Econômica Federal engineering team - responsible for the inspection and financing of the work - to verify various infrastructure problems and irregularities, withdrawing the concession of the then company responsible for its execution. In this context, after several visits and visual inspections, several pathological manifestations were observed in the concrete walls molded in loco of the houses of this residential, being a main concerns the integrity of these houses regarding the safety to the users and their useful life, taking into account In view of an invasion of the residential area before the completion of the works and repair of these pathological manifestations. In this way, the present work analyzes, through visual inspections and destructive and non destructive tests, the pathological manifestations, functional and structural conditions of the concrete walls molded in loco of the houses of the residence Cristo Vive in the city of Tucuruí – PA. In this way, some site visits were carried out for the preliminary analysis of the buildings, and then some tests like carbonation and sclerometry were carried out to check the quality of the walls. Several nonconformities and pathological manifestations were observed in the structures, such as cracks, concrete nests, displacement of reinforcement during concreting, electric crates that were not used due to errors during concreting, carbonation in an advanced state due to poor quality Concrete, among others. As a result, some measures were suggested in order to improve their pathological conditions, such as combating the penetration of CO2 in the walls, treatment of corrosion of the reinforcement, recovery of cracks, and recovery of structural elements that present problems of concrete.
