The construction of the residential building was halted in 2013 after a technical survey of the Caixa Econômica Federal engineering team - responsible for the inspection and financing of the work - to verify various infrastructure problems and irregularities, withdrawing the concession of the then company responsible for its execution. In this context, after several visits and visual inspections, several pathological manifestations were observed in the concrete walls molded in loco of the houses of this residential, being a main concerns the integrity of these houses regarding the safety to the users and their useful life, taking into account In view of an invasion of the residential area before the completion of the works and repair of these pathological manifestations. In this way, the present work analyzes, through visual inspections and destructive and non destructive tests, the pathological manifestations, functional and structural conditions of the concrete walls molded in loco of the houses of the residence Cristo Vive in the city of Tucuruí – PA. In this way, some site visits were carried out for the preliminary analysis of the buildings, and then some tests like carbonation and sclerometry were carried out to check the quality of the walls. Several nonconformities and pathological manifestations were observed in the structures, such as cracks, concrete nests, displacement of reinforcement during concreting, electric crates that were not used due to errors during concreting, carbonation in an advanced state due to poor quality Concrete, among others. As a result, some measures were suggested in order to improve their pathological conditions, such as combating the penetration of CO2 in the walls, treatment of corrosion of the reinforcement, recovery of cracks, and recovery of structural elements that present problems of concrete. O Residencial Cristo Vive, localizado no município de Tucuruí-PA, o qual faz parte do programa habitacional do Governo Federal Minha Casa Minha Vida, tem como objetivo dar moradia digna a 1000 famílias de baixa renda inscritas nesse programa, tendo suas obras iniciadas no ano de 2012. A construção do residencial foi paralisada em 2013 após uma vistoria técnica da equipe de engenharia da Caixa Econômica Federal – responsável pela fiscalização e financiamento da obra – constatar diversos problemas de infraestrutura e irregularidades, retirando a concessão da então empresa responsável por sua execução. Nesse contexto, após realização de visitas e inspeções visuais, foram observadas diversas manifestações patológicas nas paredes de concreto moldadas in loco das casas desse residencial, sendo uma das principais preocupações a integridade dessas casas quanto à segurança dos usuários e a vida útil das mesmas, tendo em vista a ocupação desordenada do residencial antes do término das obras e reparo dessas manifestações patológicas. Dessa forma, o presente trabalho analisa, através de inspeções visuais e ensaios destrutivos e não destrutivos, as manifestações patológicas, condições funcionais e estruturais das paredes de concreto armado moldadas in loco das casas do Residencial Cristo Vive. Dessa forma, realizaram-se algumas visitas ao local para análise preliminar das construções e em seguida foi efetuada, em algumas habitações, ensaios de carbonatação e esclerometria para verificar a qualidade das paredes. Observou-se diversas inconformidades e manifestações patológicas nas estruturas, tais como: trincas e fissuras, nichos de concreto, deslocamento de armadura durante a concretagem, caixas de passagem elétricas inutilizadas devido a erros durante a concretagem, carbonatação em estado avançado, devido à baixa qualidade do concreto, entre outros.
