Resumo:
The environmental education teaching in contemporary times is made necessary in the classroom, and requires playful strategies as facilitator of this relationship in basic education. The objective of this work is to investigate the use of reused materials, their construction and implementation within the classroom and in day-to-day practice. Therefore, working as facilitator tooll in environmental education, in school setting. Aiming to propose and apply the construction of paper sculptures, linked to topics that were previously worked on in the classroom turned to the environmental thematic. The methodological proposal applied, was the conducting a study case, in E.E.E.F.M Escola Estadual de Ensino Fundamental e Médio Isabel Amazonas (ISAM) in Ananindeua-PA, to identify and evaluate the educational potential through the pedagogical and playful resources by means of repurposed materials, being na alternative practice in the teaching of Geography and of the environmental education. The data was collected through the application of the questionnaires on the topic addressed, also the accomplishment of a workshop relating to papers as didactic resource, with 6th elementary students. Among the results obtained, we have playfulness as a promoter in the process of learning autonomy, encouraging the student to think about the process of recycling and reusing paper. In addition to rethinking the various spheres that make up their daily lives.
