The sexually transmitted diseases (STD) are among the problems in public health more frequently in all the word. Study show the relevance of STD for the teenage age group that happen, mainly, to the increasing precocity of sex relations, the increase in the number of sex partners and the lack of constancy in the use of preservatives. Across this study intend to describe the profile clinical and epidemiologic patient adolescent care in the sector of STD FSCMPA in the period of January until December of 2004. Data were collected from analyses patient records seen at the sector of STD-FSCMPA. During the year of 2004, care were in the sector 676 patients of first care with diagnosis of STD, with 219 patients adolescents (32,4%). The profile finded were of woman (65,8%), with 41,7% of woman pregnancy. The media age of 17 year. In relation married or single, were predominant single (78,1%). Adolescent that searched the sector, 67,6% residented in capital and were students (63,0%). In total of patients in question, 51,1% were dark. Were checked that 79,9% the diagnosis were only clinical, with high happened of condiloma (83,1%). Realized that the patients taked of one until three months in media to search care medical after the appearance of symption. The exams more request this sector were: VDRL (63,4%) and serology to HIV (44,3%). Among the treatment, the more carried, were chemical, with this results, it’s necessary the improvement this sector and the development of strategy in health education with adolescent public.
